Type of impact

Accountability Z points

A comparison of the points scored for Problem Solving with Accountability determines whether the job is intellectual-process oriented or accountability oriented.

In reality the actual salary level for a particular job often depends on its importance to the core activity of a company and other competitors operating in that specific sector of industry. For instance if a company needed to recruit the best scientists that are available, it would place these higher on the salary scale than say mechanical engineers.
