The radiological features are

1. left atrial enlargement (double right heart border),

2. right ventricular enlargement,

3. posterior displacement of the oesophagus,

4. mitral valve calcification,

5. Kerley's B lines,

6. pulmonary microlithiasis (if chronic).

2. Pulmonary vascularity.

3. Suggest a possible cause.
